Every role at Molson Coors is given a Job Level (GGS) based on the level of skills and knowledge required and how the role contributes to our growth as a company. This helps us to understand the value of roles relative to each other and ensure our pay structure is fair; focusing on the responsibilities and results of the role, rather than the person or job title.
