Understanding
your Total Rewards

How your peers are paid for similar roles

This element evaluates your Base Pay against a comparable group of roles internally.

What is an Internal Ratio?

Your Internal Ratio is like a Compa Ratio, but instead of comparing your Base Pay to the external market, it’s compared to the salaries of employees at Molson Coors who have similar roles (e.g. are the same Pay Grade Level or Job Level (GGS)) and are based in the same location. For non-negotiated populations, we use this ratio to check you are being compensated fairly, relative to these peer colleagues. For negotiated populations, we don’t use Internal Ratio as your pay is agreed via collective agreements. Select each question below the scale for the response.
